The Vostables Premium welding table is designed for welders looking for maximum precision and high wear resistance.
The Premium specifications:
- Welding table thickness is 25mm
- Rounded holes with a diameter of 28mm
- The welding table is milled for maximum flatness
- The surface is hardened for extra wear resistance
- This results in a surface hardness of approximately 550 HV
- The welding table is nitrided to minimize the adhesion of welding spatter
- Side edges 200mm high and 25mm thick
- Rounded corners

- Welding table small 1000x1000mm – 340 kg
- Welding table medium 2000x1000mm – 620 kg
- Welding table large 2400×1200 – 860 kg
- Welding table extra large 3000×1500 – 1,360 kg
- Welding table XXL 4000×2000 – 2,400 kg
Weight of Premium welding tables with diagonal hole pattern 50x50mm:
- Welding table small 1000×1000 – 330 kg
- Welding table medium 2000×1000 – 600 kg
- Welding table large 2400×1200 – 800 kg
- Welding table extra large 3000×1500 – 1,280 kg
- Welding table XXL 4000×200 – 2,300 kg
The Premium welding tables can handle a load of up to 3,000kg.
(The load includes the weight of the welding table)
A welding table with adjustable legs has a worktop height of 89cm.
The legs can be adjusted up to 10cm extra in height.
A welding table with adjustable wheels has a fixed working height of 93cm.
The worktop can then be adjusted.
The Premium welding tables are surface milled for high accuracy and precision work.
Due to the hardened work surface, the welding table offers extra wear resistance, and the nitration minimizes the adhesion of welding spatter.
Our Premium welding tables have the following tolerances:
- Flatness of the top surface: maximum 0.1 mm/m².
- Tolerance holes: 0.05mm.
The tables are fully modular and compatible with the Premium Vostables accessory system.
The accessory line of the Standard segment is NOT compatible with the Premium line.

Most welding tables and accessories are readily available. When a welding table has to be assembled, the average delivery time is two to three weeks.
