Welding tables

The Vostables Standard welding table is designed by and for welders.

From hobbyists to professionals, for small tradesmen to construction companies that need a robust and high-quality work table suitable for any welding and assembly work.

This is the weight per welding table:

• Welding table small 1000x1000x12: 190 kg
• Welding table medium 2250x1000x12: 330 kg
• Welding table medium 2250x1000x15: 380 kg
• Welding table large 2500x1200x12: 470 kg
• Welding table large 2500x1200x15: 540 kg
• Welding table extra large 2980x1480x12: 620 kg
• Welding table extra large 2980x1480x15: 725 kg

A welding table model small to large can bear a load of up to 3,000 kg with the standard adjustable legs.
The extra large welding table or a welding table with 6 legs can bear a load of up to 3,500 kg.

A welding table model small to large with wheels can bear a load of up to 1,800 kg.
The extra large welding table or a welding table with 6 wheels can bear a load of up to 2,400 kg.

(The load includes the weight of the welding table)

Both the welding tables with fixed legs and the wheels are adjustable in height.

A welding table with the adjustable legs has a work height of 92 to 93cm for the top.
The legs can be adjusted up to 10cm extra in height.

A welding table with the adjustable wheels has a minimum work height of 87cm for the top.
You can adjust the wheels to a maximum work height of 100cm.

Our Standard welding tables are produced with careful quality control and offer a reliable working instrument for daily use.

• Flatness of the top: maximum 0.5 mm per meter
• Squareness of the corners: maximum 1°

Please note: these tolerances and flatness do not apply to welding tables that are ordered as a construction kit. We cannot guarantee flatness or squareness if the customer assembles it.

In addition to our existing formats, we can fully customize the standard welding tables, such as:

• Deviating dimensions of the table top
• Customized base frame (e.g. customized working height)
• Customized grid distribution or hole configuration

The tables have a fully modular structure and are compatible with the standard Vostables accessory system.

Only the clamps of the Premium line (diameter 28mm) are also compatible with the standard Vostables with holes of diameter 28mm.

Most welding tables and accessories are readily available. When a welding table needs to be assembled, the average delivery time is two to three weeks.

The Standard welding table is a good choice when strength, flexibility and affordability are preferred.

For welding work where precision, extra flatness or a nitrided surface are desired, the Vostables Premium welding table offers an even higher level of finish.
